I tried uploading lesser sized files say 100MB and dd(request). The API client returns the output for such files. DO you have any idea where i could be doing wrong.

hey guys, i'm new to php and i got stuck with an issue where i have to upload a csv file of size 6.8GB. With local domain i tried upload the file via Insomnia REST API client. It gives me 413 entity input file too large. So i googled a bit and found out that i ahve to make changes to php.ini file. As suggested i did make changes and saved it and restarted the server with vagrant commands. After restarting the server i still get the same error for the file. I tried uploading lesser sized files say 100MB and dd(request). The API client returns the output for such files. DO you have any idea where i could be doing wrong. Suggestions and help needed. Thanks in advance.
public function postNpi(Request $request)
{
if($request->hasfile('npi_upload')){
        dd($request);
the command i used after making changes to php.ini file was vagrant reload --provision
and vagrant up and vagrant ssh for starting server

have you tried this to change upload_max_filesize and post_max_size ?

For NGINX you'll want to configure client_max_body_size, and for Apache you'll want to configure LimitRequestBody.
In addition, you may also need to adjust your code in such a way that it gives a Pugh time and resources to the file uploading task.
