How To Make Yo! Spicy Chicken | Miss Mandi Throwdown

I love my food with a little bit of a kick, hence why we made spicy chicken. Ingredients and method details are below.

In this episode Miss Mandi gets to hang out with Sannie Sanford. They've worked together for a while now and a lot of you have barely seen how he looks like. He can't handle spicy food but Miss Mandi has slowly converted him.

Ingredients

2 Chicken breasts from YO! (I love that they are already marinated)

Lemon Juice

Coconut oil

1 onion sliced

Kale

Method

Get your grill pan nice and hot, once the pan is hot place the chicken with the skin down to get some grill marks. Once you get the grill marks, flip the chicken over and cook for 15 mins. Drizzle some lemon juice after 15 mins, after a min and a half serve.
