2. The buyer (Bob) would receive this suit at his doorstep ,   and check it good or not. If Bob agrees to pay, He can pay the fees to the delivery company via cash, credit cards. If Bob doesn’t agree to pay, the delivery company would not give the suit to Bob and send the suit back to the seller.

3. The seller (Alice) should make an agreement between her and the delivery company. So that delivery company would give the money back to the seller as soon as possible.
